FARGO — Bill Rouse has joined Forum Communications Co. as its chief operating officer. He will work closely with company managers and oversee day-to-day operations and finances of the business. He will also focus on the strategic priorities of the company and the execution of those priorities. Rouse brings with him more than 30 years of management experience in the agriculture, manufacturing and publishing fields. A native of Superior, Iowa, Rouse majored in political science and sociology at Northwest Missouri State University, with aspirations of one day becoming a lawyer.
FARGO — The U.S. Small Business Administration’s National SBIR Road Tour is coming to the Fargodome Friday, May 24, as part of a 16-stop tour to connect entrepreneurs working on advanced technology to the country’s largest source of early stage funding – the Small Business Innovation Research and Small Business Technology Transfer programs. Also known as America’s Seed Fund, the SBIR/STTR programs focus on next generation research and development and is led by the SBA with 11 participating federal agencies.
