Pediatric Partners of Fargo has welcomed Cathy Hjelle as a mental health counselor. She has over 25 years' experience in the Fargo-Moorhead community as a mental health counselor. Hjelle specializes in child/adolescent and family therapy, often utilizing a child-
centered play therapy approach for a variety of disorders including attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, anxiety disorders, cognitive disorders and more. She also has specialized training in attachment therapy. She is a licensed professional clinical counselor and a licensed independent clinical social worker.
Brandt-Duda, Fogarty join Eide Bailly partnership

Brandt-Duda, a certified public accountant, joined Eide Bailly in 2005 and has specialized in the healthcare and nonprofit sectors. Brandt-Duda also serves on the board of directors for the North Dakota Healthcare Financial Management Association. She earned a bachelor's degree in accounting, management information science, and business administration with a concentration in financial planning and services from the University of Jamestown. She works in Fargo office.
Fogarty, a certified public accountant, specializes in working with financial institutions. He earned his bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of North Dakota, Grand Forks, and his master's of business administration from North Dakota State University and is a graduate of the Dakota School of Banking, Jamestown, N.D. He worked for nine years in Eide Bailly's Fargo market but moved to the firm's Sioux Falls, S.D., office in January.Smith joins Spherion Staffing

Smith earned his associate's degree in human resources and computer communications from the Community College of the Air Force.Everett hired at AMI Consulting Engineers
AMI Consulting Engineers in Superior hired Karl Everett as assistant manager of environmental engineering. Everett, a licensed professional engineer and geologist, previously worked in environmental compliance for the construction of the state of Minnesota's 100 MW Aurora photovoltaic project. He is an approved health and safety instructor through the Mine Safety and Health Administration and has more than 30 years of experience providing environmental engineering, health and safety services for mining, industrial, commercial and government clients. He earned his bachelor's degree in geology from the University of Minnesota Duluth and his master's degree in mining engineering from University of Idaho in Moscow.
