Bunker Labs Expands to Rapid City
RAPID CITY, S.D. – Bunker Labs is opening a chapter in Rapid City.
The nonprofit organization that helps veteran entrepreneurs will officially open the Rapid City chapter on Feb. 18.
“We are so excited to bring the Bunker Labs network to Rapid City,” Bunker Labs CEO Todd Connor said in a statement. “There is such a strong community of veterans here and we are happy to provide them with our resources, connections and insights, and be the bridge for Rapid City veterans to take their aspirations to the next level.”
City volunteers for the past six months have been working to build momentum, establishing strong business connections and speaking with veterans and entrepreneurs throughout the Rapid City area.
It will be the 33rd chapter nationwide and the first in South Dakota, according to a news release. It explained that Bunker Labs is on track to have a chapter in every state by 2021.
A ribbon cutting followed by a welcome reception will be held at 5:30-7:30 p.m. Feb. 18 at Zymurcracy Beer Company, 4624 Creek Dr., No. 6, Rapid City.
“We have seen so much excitement and desire for the connections Bunker Labs can provide to the veteran entrepreneurship community in Rapid City,” said Bunker Labs Rapid City Leader John Schneider. “We can’t wait to see the impact we can collectively make.”
